Part of the idea is that the actors that played those parts could reprise their roles as the characters onstage.
It would make the Oscars much more entertaining and unforgettable. So that would really be Johnny Depp
as Jack Sparrow onstage.

Even if winners keep their speeches short they could be escorted offstage by "special" escorts,
where the actors that played those parts reprise their roles as the characters onstage.
